Murari Devi Temple is a great & Famous place to visit in Sunder Nagar (Mandi) in Himachal Pradesh. This Temple is in the west of Sunder Nagar on the top of a sacred hill named Murari Dhar also known as Sikandara Ri Dhar (Ancient Name). This Temple is 25 KM from Hotel.
Prashar Lake is a freshwater lake located at an altitude of 2,730 metres (8,960 ft) in the Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh, India. It lies 49 km east of the Mandi town, and has a three storied pagoda-like temple dedicated to the sage Prashar situated on its bank. It contains a floating island inside it.
The place is endowed with breath taking natural beauty having lush green fields, meadows and dense deodar forest. The place is situated at an altitude of 7800 feet and is the last village in the Jiuni valley. Devidarh is on the trek route Janjhali- Shikri Devi- Devidarh- Kamrunag.
Kamrunag Lake is located in the Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh, India. It is situated at 3,334 m (10,938 ft) above sea level among the valleys of Balh and the Dhauladhar range. People from all over the world and also Indians visit this lake and offer valuables to the lake for the betterment and fulfillment of their wishes. This has led to the accumulation of wealth at the bottom of the lake.
Shikari Devi temple is about 18 Kms from Janjehli and connected by a jeepable Forest road. It is situated at an altitude of 3359 Mtr. Thick forests on the way to Shikari peak are amazing. Being the highest peak of Mandi District it is also called Crown of Mandi. Vast green pastures, captivating sunrise and sunset, panoramic view of snow ranges make this place favorite to nature lovers.
Barot, a village originally developed in 1920s for Shanan Hydel Project, is now a tourist location in Mandi district in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. It is situated 65 km from Mandi, the District Headquarter. Barot also forms the gateway to the Nargu Wildlife Sanctuary which lies across the Uhl. The sanctuary is home to the monal, black bear and ghoral.
